PeggyLeenders.nl processes the personal data of its customers, prospects, and other contact persons. We do this to help our customers as best we can and to achieve our goals. This privacy statement explains why and how we process your personal data.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES PEGGYLEENDERS.NL PROCESS?
We process your personal data because you use our (free) services (e-book) and our products (graphic design) and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. An example of the latter is subscribing to a free e-book.

SPECIAL AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA THAT PEGGYLEENDERS.NL PROCESSES
This website, (free) services, and products do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 years of age. We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities. This is to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you suspect that we have collected the personal data of a minor without permission, you can contact us via info@peggyleenders.nl. We will delete the information in these cases.

We also process photos. For example for a review. We use these photos to give our content more atmosphere.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

Legal requirements

A small part of our processing is required by law. This mainly concerns personal data that is necessary to comply with our tax obligation.

Membership administration and services

In our membership administration we keep track of all prospects and customers of PeggyLeenders.nl, including the relevant contact persons. We keep various personal data of contact persons in order to carry out our (free) services and products as optimally as possible. For example, we keep contact details to:

To deliver our (free) products (ebook) and services (graphics products) that you have purchased.

Process your registration and/or payment after you have purchased a product or service;

To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to perform the service you have purchased.

To inform you about (changes to) our services and products that you have previously purchased. You can always unsubscribe from this via a link in the email.

Would you like to contact us? We can be reached through various channels, such as: telephone, post, e-mail, Facebook. To make this possible, we also process personal data.

 

Newsletters and mailings

You can sign up with us for various newsletters and mailing lists. Sometimes these newsletters are personalized based on certain actions you have taken. Think, for example, of certain campaigns about our products and services.
You always have the option to adjust your preferences for receiving newsletters and emails. If you do not wish to receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of each email.

Privacy guarantee

Contact details are processed in order to be able to conduct, send and assess the audits of the Privacy Guarantee.

Recruitment (marketing)

In order to maintain contact with everyone, we also process their contact details and areas of interest in our products.

We also process personal data for campaigns for (free) services and products from PeggyLeenders.nl  (and PeggyLeenders.nl-related campaigns). For example, IP address, cookie ID, social ID, and/or surfing behavior. This is required by law.

In addition, for PeggyLeenders.nl we use 'customized target groups via Facebook. This includes, for example, 'customized target groups' based on the behavior on our website or based on an e-mail address. Information and access: Of course you can see which personal data we process about you. We are therefore happy to tell you more about how and why we process that data.

Correction: Do you have the idea that we have incorrect data about you? Let us know and we will adjust it.

Forgetfulness: you can delete the personal data we have about you. We may still have to process that data for other purposes (administration or deduplication, for example).

Restriction: if you have the idea that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or incorrectly, you can also have that processing limited.

Objection (objection): You can submit an objection to the processing of your personal data. Is it about marketing? Then we will terminate that processing as soon as possible.

Portability: This is a new right under the GDPR to transfer or have your personal data transferred. If you would like to make use of this, please contact us.

In addition, you can also:

Withdraw permission: e.g. for receiving e-mailings. If you want to withdraw your consent for another processing, you can contact us. This can be done via info@peggyleenders.nl.

Submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP): Do you think that we do not act in accordance with privacy legislation? Then we would of course like to hear about it. You can also submit a complaint about this to the AP after 25 May 2018. At the moment you can only tip the AP via this form.

 

HOW LONG DOES PEGGYLEENDERS.NL KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

SHARING PERSONAL DATA BY PEGGYLEENDERS.NL WITH THIRD PARTIES
We share your personal data with business partners and third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We also provide your personal data to third parties in some other cases, but we only do this with your explicit permission.

 

SUPPLIERS
We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to guarantee the same level of security and to monitor the confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing operations. We use the following suppliers that process personal data on behalf of PeggyLeenders.nl, with whom each processor agreement has been concluded: Facebook, Google, MailBlue, ActiveCampaign, Wix.com, Mighty Networks, and Kajabi.com

 

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We have concluded a processor agreement with Google. The data we collect in Google Analytics is anonymized and encrypted. The so-called 'sharing of data with Google is turned off. Finally, we do not use the Analytics cookies in combination with other Google services.
