We consider your privacy very important and ensure that the personal data you share with us is treated with care. This privacy statement covers all our processing operations – even if we process personal data together with other parties (for example, when sending invoices). In this privacy statement, we would like to explain how we handle your personal data with care.


We process your personal data because you use our (free) services (e-book) and our products (graphic design) and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. An example of the latter is subscribing to a free e-book.

This website, (free) services, and products do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 years of age. We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities. This is to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. We also process photos. For example for a review. We use these photos to give our content more atmosphere.


For what purpose does process personal data?
We process personal data for the following purposes:

Legal requirements

A small part of our processing is required by law. This mainly concerns personal data that is necessary to comply with our tax obligation.

Membership administration and services

In our membership administration we keep track of all prospects and customers of, including the relevant contact persons. We keep various personal data of contact persons in order to carry out our (free) services and products as optimally as possible. For example, we keep contact details to:

To deliver our (free) products (ebook) and services (graphics products) that you have purchased.

Process your registration and/or payment after you have purchased a product or service;

To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to perform the service you have purchased.

To inform you about (changes to) our services and products that you have previously purchased. You can always unsubscribe from this via a link in the email.

Would you like to contact us? We can be reached through various channels, such as: telephone, post, e-mail, Facebook. To make this possible, we also process personal data.


Newsletters and mailings

You can sign up with us for various newsletters and mailing lists. Sometimes these newsletters are personalized based on certain actions you have taken. Think, for example, of certain campaigns about our products and services.
You always have the option to adjust your preferences for receiving newsletters and emails. If you do not wish to receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of each email.

Privacy guarantee

Contact details are processed in order to be able to conduct, send and assess the audits of the Privacy Guarantee.

Recruitment (marketing)

In order to maintain contact with everyone, we also process their contact details and areas of interest in our products.

We also process personal data for campaigns for (free) services and products from  (and campaigns). For example, IP address, cookie ID, social ID, and/or surfing behavior. This is required by law. 


In addition, for we use 'customized target groups via Facebook. This includes, for example, 'customized target groups' based on the behavior on our website or based on an e-mail address. E-mail addresses are provided and anonymized for the creation of target groups that we want to approach with our advertisements via Facebook. We then receive reports on this with anonymized data. (Personalized) advertisements can be displayed on these platforms. We do not pass on personal data to third parties for this unless you have given unambiguous permission for this. If you do not want advertisements to be shown via these platforms, you can indicate this to us using the contact details above. You can also unsubscribe from these platforms.


Please note: you may still see advertisements from afterward. In these cases, you fall into a general target group to which we focus our advertisement.

We also keep personal data to improve our services. For example Conversion rates and open rates to see how relevant our emails (newsletters) or Messenger Bots are.


AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING does not make decisions based on automated processing (algorithms) that may have adverse consequences for you.

RIGHTS OF Stakeholders

Correction: Do you have the idea that we have incorrect data about you? Let us know and we will adjust it.

Forgetfulness: you can delete the personal data we have about you. We may still have to process that data for other purposes (administration or deduplication, for example).

Restriction: if you have the idea that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or incorrectly, you can also have that processing limited.

Objection (objection): You can submit an objection to the processing of your personal data. Is it about marketing? Then we will terminate that processing as soon as possible.

Portability: This is a new right under the GDPR to transfer or have your personal data transferred. If you would like to make use of this, please contact us.

As explained above, we process some data for the performance of a legal obligation, some for the performance of an agreement and most for the performance of's legitimate interest: carrying out our objective. We share your personal data with business partners and third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We also provide your personal data to third parties in some other cases, but we only do this with your explicit permission.


We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to guarantee the same level of security and to monitor the confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing operations. We use the following suppliers that process personal data on behalf of, with whom each processor agreement has been concluded: Facebook, Google, MailBlue, ActiveCampaign,, Mighty Networks, and


We have concluded a processor agreement with Google. The data we collect in Google Analytics is anonymized and encrypted. The so-called 'sharing of data with Google is turned off. Finally, we do not use the Analytics cookies in combination with other Google services.
